Free estimates can be given by completing the form on the Contact Us page, please fill in as much detail as possible to enable us to assess the problem, we will then confirm by return email an indication of the price based on the information given. If you then wish to proceed with the repair, please post your watch to us by Special Delivery (ie. recorded/insured) to the below address:

On receipt of your watch, after examination we will then confirm via email the exact cost of repair. We will then ask you to confirm by return email that you wish to proceed. If you do not wish to proceed, the watch will be returned to you (please note that this will incur a return package/postage cost via special delivery paid before despatch).
